Here are some things to try if you have problems viewing your uploaded resume:
Security features in some browsers/operating systems may cause problems when trying to view your uploaded resume. Here are some tips you can try.
Internet Explorer on Windows XP:
Press the Ctrl key before clicking the link to view your resume and continue holding it down until your resume opens.
Internet Explorer on Windows Vista:
1. Start Internet Explorer and navigate to Tools > Internet Options and click on the Security tab.
2. For Internet and/or Local Intranet, click on Custom Level and set the following:
"Automatic prompting for file downloads" = Enable Download
"File Download" = Enable
3. Then navigate to Tools > Internet Options and click on the Advanced tab.
Ensure "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" is not checked.
Safari browser:
If you have problems viewing your attachment using the Safari browser, check for your resume on your desktop. The files sometime download to the desktop but do not open in the browser.
